Qualifications summary: University Diploma in Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management, Diploma in supervisory management, Quality, health, safety and environment Lead Auditor, British Safety Council diploma in safety management, Engineering Technician (Eng Tech), IEMA Associate.
Biopic: Phillip has worked exclusively in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Management since 1997. Working as a consultant since 2015.
Phillip has senior executive and line management operational experience leading and delivering strategic and practical Health, Safety, Environment, Quality services and engineering solutions across a broad spectrum of industrial sectors.
He has developed a coaching style which, coupled with a practical approach to delivering successful culture change, has achieved long term results embedding Health, Safety, Environment and Quality process, techniques and behaviours into industry to become business as usual.
He has an excellent understanding of corporate governance, significant experience in assurance and sustainability, is a lead auditor and investigator, can deliver high class site level services and can devise effective solutions to complex problems.
Phillip is also a registered OHSCR consultant, a chartered occupational safety and health practitioner, a Chartered Quality Professional, an Engineering Technician, an Incorporated Member of the Association of Project Safety and a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management.
