Biopic: Phillip has worked exclusively in Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management since leaving the Aerospace industry in 1997. Working as a consultant since 2015.
Phillip has senior executive and line management operational experience leading and delivering strategic and practical Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental services to a broad spectrum of industrial, commercial and leisure sector clients.
He has developed a coaching style which, coupled with a practical approach to delivering successful culture change, has achieved long term results embedding Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental techniques and behaviours into industry to become business as usual.
He has an excellent understanding of corporate governance, process and management systems and significant experience in assurance and sustainability, is a trainer, lead auditor and investigator, can deliver high class site level services with attention to detail and can devise effective solutions to complex problems.
